Small fits perfect for me as underwear, but my briefs are M size. The M size goes over my navel if I want my package to fit properly.

My absolute most favorite pair of Long John pants. The colors and pattern/design are vibrant, eye-catching, liberating, and of course patriotic and make me feel more 'Merica! Very comfortable, very breathable, stays on in place through any activity from mild to wild and doesnt ride or bunch or fall and the fit is the perfect mix of stretch, snug and room. Excellent choice to give as a gift to someone. . . or take my advice - do what I did and gift yourself a pair of these. I promise you it's a decision you will be glad you made.
