2UNDRUK currently only delivers to the UK and some parts of mainland Europe.

Please contact us at info@eurozonebrands.com as soon as possible after placing the order. In certain cases, if an order has not already been picked and processed through our warehouse, we can look at making changes or adjustments prior to its being shipped.

Please contact your local carriers office to see if a parcel has been left for you; In certain cases, a parcel will be left with a local carriers office if the recipient is not available upon delivery. If you have not been able to locate the parcel after doing this, please email info@eurozonebrands.com.

2UNDRUK is not liable for any damages incurred during transit; it lies within the responsibility of local carrier. All purchases are made at the buyer’s own risk. 2undruk does not assume any responsibility for lost or damaged packages.
