Your order will be processed as quickly as possible and shipped as soon as ready.
Once your parcel ships the courier is responsible for the delivery. Please do not contact us regarding its delivery. Contact the courier company directly for updates.

During this time, we are NOT accepting returns or exchanges on any clothing items. Due to the current pandemic situation, we will not be allowing any product to come back to our warehouse.
As always for hygiene regulations, underwear, socks and hats are a final sale item.

Please note that during this time, all warranty and comfort guarantee will be reviewed and completed as approved. However, processing time may be up to 2 weeks.
